This project encompassed a full renovation of a ski condo at Spruce Peak Stowe, Vermont, offering slopeside access and unparalleled convenience for winter sports enthusiasts. The house was designed to cater to a discerning clientele seeking a blend of comfort, luxury, and ski-in/ski-out access to Stowe Mountain Resort, one of the premier ski destinations in the Northeast. The home offers two primary suites, and two custom bunk rooms with en suite bathrooms. High-end finishes were added to enhance the character of each space, pairing reclaimed Vermont barnboard for the ceilings and steel panels to clad the fireplace in the Living Room. A new industrial staircase was engineered to unify three floors of living space, with the addition of a loft space for a private office retreat. Common spaces have been wrapped with a stained wood paneling that also conceals traditional kitchen cabinetry. The overall effect is a warm and layered retreat, fit for a young family and friends to enjoy.
